Since we were Mediserve Patients we got a special concession. They also made translators available at every step for my father and uncle who do not speak much English. They also arranged a beautiful trip to the Taj Mahal Agra. We go back with fond memories.

 "My wife had a serious problem in her backbone. Everybody was telling us that the matter was very serious as it would involve both a neurologist who was a spine specialist as well as an orthopaedic surgeon. We were told that such an operation was only possible in the U.S. . However our enquiries were leading us nowhere as the complex surgery was expected to cost us at least US $ 30,000.
However ALLAH is supreme and he answered our prayers in the shape of Mediserve from India. We were browsing the net and came across their name. They not only made the whole surgery possible in Delhi but amazingly the complex surgery cost us only US $ 7500. For our entire stay we didn’t have to worry about a thing as they made us stay in their own property just a couple of minutes away from the hospital and they made us feel as a part of their family.  " After being diagnosed by our doctor that I need a heart surgery ,we were perplexed about how to go about it . Then one of our friends who had also earlier been to India for his knee replacement under the care of mi suggested us to take professional help. Then we wrote an e mail to Mr.Aditya and to our surprise got a reply within an hour asking for more reports. Within no time we were in Delhi airport and were duly received by a very well mannered driver from Mediserve. We were put up in mi owned Guest house (where I got a huge discount) which was very close to Escorts Hospital where I underwent heart surgery. My surgeon,Dr.YK mishra did an excellent job and I cant thank him enough.
I would also like to make special mention about the way we were treated by mi staff and especially by Mr.Mehta and wife who showed us around Delhi before my surgery. Every time my wife wanted to come to the hospital to see me she was given an air-conditioned car free of cost. At the end of the stay we felt as if we were leaving another family behind."
